Coaching Service Terms & Refund Policy

These Coaching Service Terms, in conjunction with the general Terms of Service, govern the purchase and delivery of all paid coaching services offered by The Anchor Habit Coaching ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Scope of Services

These terms apply to the following defined services (collectively, the "Services"):

  • Stability Check: A defined program of [3] sessions over [e.g., 3 weeks], focusing on baseline clarity and immediate stabilization.

  • The Anchor Habit Programme: A defined program of [6] sessions over [e.g., 6-8 weeks], focusing on deep habit design and long-term resilience.

  • Resilience Mastery: A defined 3 month partnership, including 12 sessions, and unlimited text/email support

  • Single/Ad-Hoc Sessions: Individual coaching sessions purchased outside of a defined program.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing and Currency

All prices for the Services are listed in Great British Pounds (£) and are subject to change. The price applicable to you is the price advertised at the time of your purchase.

2.2 Payment Methods and Schedules

We accept payment via Stripe and/or PayPal.

  • Full Payment: Services paid in full must be settled at the time of booking to secure your enrollment.

  • Installment Plans (If Applicable): If an installment option is agreed upon for The Anchor Habit Programme, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on the agreed-upon dates. Failure to make an installment payment will result in the immediate suspension of coaching sessions until the payment is cleared.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Attend Sessions: Be present and ready for all scheduled sessions at the agreed-upon time.

  • Engagement: Actively participate in sessions and commit to completing the agreed-upon "Anchor Actions" or homework assigned between sessions.

  • Honesty: Provide honest and accurate information regarding your goals, challenges, and progress.

  • Technical Requirements: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and necessary tools (e.g., quiet space, working webcam/microphone) for virtual sessions.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy (Live Sessions)

Time slots are reserved exclusively for you. Adherence to this policy is essential for the effective running of the program.

4.1 Rescheduling Policy

  • You must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule a session without penalty.

  • If notice is provided less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the session will be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement session, except in cases of documented emergency.

4.2 Coach Cancellation

In the rare event that the Coach must cancel a session, we will offer you the choice between:

  1. Rescheduling the session to a mutually convenient time.

  2. A pro-rata credit or refund for the missed session.

5. Refund and Termination Policy

Our programs are designed for transformation and require significant commitment from both parties. Therefore, our refund policy is structured as follows:

5.1 Refund for Program Cancellation (Before Commencement)

  • If you cancel your enrollment in the Stability Check or Anchor Habit Programme 7 days or more before the first scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a £50 administrative fee.

  • If you cancel less than 7 days before the first session, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

5.2 Refund for Program Cancellation (After Commencement)

Once the first scheduled session has been completed, The Anchor Habit Coaching operates a strict NO REFUND policy.

This policy is necessary because:

  1. You have already received and engaged with our proprietary material (e.g., Current State Inventory, Future Vision Blueprint).

  2. Your remaining session slots have been reserved, blocking other clients.

We reserve the right to offer credit for future services at our sole discretion, but we are under no obligation to do so.

5.3 Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate the Services immediately, without refund, if you:

  • Breach any part of these Terms of Service or these Coaching Service Terms.

  • Engage in inappropriate, abusive, or harmful behavior toward the Coach.

  • Fail to make required installment payments when due.

6. Intellectual Property (Reference)

By purchasing the Services, you acknowledge that all materials, templates, worksheets, and session notes provided to you are proprietary and covered under the Intellectual Property Rights section of the Terms of Service. These materials are for your personal use only.

By proceeding with payment for any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Coaching Service Terms & Refund Policy.
