At The Anchor Habit, we provide a mix of physical products (fulfilled via print-on-demand) and digital resources. To ensure transparency, please review our shipping and delivery timelines below.

1. Digital Products

All digital downloads, workbooks, and resources are delivered instantly via email upon successful completion of your purchase. You will receive a secure download link that remains active for 24 hours after the first click. No physical shipping is required for these items.

2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

Our physical products (apparel, journals, and accessories) are custom-made just for you through our partner, Printful. This process is divided into two parts: Fulfilment and Shipping.

A. Fulfilment Time

Because our items are made to order, it takes time to print and quality-check your product.

  • Standard Fulfilment: 2–5 business days.

  • Note: Fulfilment time is added to the shipping time to estimate your total delivery date.

B. Estimated Shipping Times (Transit)

Once fulfilled, your order is handed over to a carrier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days.

  • United Kingdom / Europe: 5–10 business days.

  • Canada / International: 10–20 business days.

Please note that these are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Calculated at Checkout: You will see the exact shipping price before you complete your purchase.

  • Digital Products: $0.00 (No shipping fees apply).

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the fulfilment centre. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of the UK, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error, contact us at john@theanchorhabit.com immediately.
